"I’ve tried for over an hour to make a payment for my car insurance and clearly they are all oh so busy. So all the calls are being rolled over to a call center. It’s legit almost 11am and I needed to pay this payment this morning. So I guess this isn’t the most professional way to treat a customer."

Whenever I had a problem meaning a claim, any issues with billing, or changing plans was always handled courteously and professionally.
